Tulane competes in Conference USA for both football and basketball. 

The football team plays at the Superdome in downtown New Orleans, while the hoops team splits its games between New Orleans Arena, next to the Superdome, and Fogelman Arena, on campus in the Garden District.

Fogelman seats only 3,600 fans.  Most Conference USA games, as well as big non-conference matchups, are played at New Orleans Arena.
