BOSTON TAILGATING

For Patriots' games at Gillette Stadium, there are plenty of parking lots around with ample tailgating.  Tailgating is excellent for Pats games, if only because there are no other pregame options in Foxboro.

For Red Sox games at Fenway, or events at TD Banknorth Garden, there is no tailgating but there are plenty of bars nearby; check the restaurants and bars page for more info.

For Boston College football games, lots around Alumni Stadium open two hours prior to kickoff.  Tailgating is permitted in the lots that are sold to season ticket holders (known as the Flynn Fund lots).  No charcoal fires are permitted, but gas grills are OK.
