Bills fans know how to tailgate.  The parking is only $10 and while stadium lots open 4 hours before the game, there are also private lots that open even earlier.  It gets pretty cold for December football games but it doesn't deter the tailgaters.

Beer is sold in grocery stores, but not until noon on Sunday, so you should purchase alcohol on Saturday.  There's not much else to do in Orchard Park, NY, except tailgate, but there are a few bars around.

For Sabres games and other events at HSBC Arena, as well as Bisons AAA baseball games at Dunn Tire Park, you can go to one of the bars in the area.
