The Bengals have been a lousy team for several years; the fact that any fans tailgate at all is impressive.  Several die-hard groups are still going at it religiously despite the team's recent troubles.

There are public lots located all around Paul Brown Stadium.  Your best bet for good tailgating are the lots west of the stadium; the lots right next to the stadium are mostly sky box types who arrive late.
