Green Bay hosts one of the NFL's best tailgates.  Lambeau Field is surrounded by parking lots with fans cooking brats and drinking beer all morning.  

Green Bay is a small town, and most of it is seemingly in the stadium lots four hours prior to game time.  Make sure you get there early and wait in line to get a good space.

If you don't want to fire up the grill, head for one of several bars around the stadium.
