The Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena is located in the sports complex just across the street from Jacksonville Municipal Stadium.

The arena was built in 2004 and has a capacity of 16,000.  It replaced the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Coliseum, which had stood since 1960.

The arena is home to the Barracudas of the Atlantic Coast Hockey League.

Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena will host the first and second rounds of the NCAA men's basketball tournament in 2006.
