Tailgating for Chiefs games at Arrowhead Stadium is among the best in the NFL.  Chiefs fans have taken tailgating to an art form, and games have a college atmosphere not seen at most NFL stadiums.

Gates at Arrowhead officially open three hours before kickoff, but people start arriving Friday night for a Sunday game.  If you go to Arrowhead without soaking in the tailgating atmosphere, you're missing out.

Tailgating at Kansas University football games is permitted in designated lots around Memorial Stadium three hours prior to kickoff.  No kegs are allowed in the lots.

For Kansas State football games at KSU Stadium, tailgating lots open five hours prior to kickoff.
