| I've lived in Minneapolis for 17 years now and cannot wait to go back to the Cheese State. Though the smoking has to go, people our truely friendly and down to Earth. I do agree that the crime rate in Milwaukee is getting worse, it holds true for many other states as well.

| solid place to visit. the dome sucks for baseball, but the thunder generated from vikings fans is enough to offset the otherwise outdated football venue. vikings games are tons of fun. great bars, particularly off first avenue. tons to do; especially if you enjoy wintertime activities (cross-country skiing rocks!!!). also, a short drive from the north shore, which is a huge asset. uptown area also a lot of fun. city is a bit crowded for the infrastructure; it was clearly not built for 2.6 million, and although i don't live there anymore, i visit mpls with some frequency, and the sprawl is noticeable every time i visit the area. also, st. paul is very underrated, especially when the wild play. all in all, a great city.
