The New Orleans Arena is located next to the Louisiana Superdome, several blocks from the French Quarter.  The arena is home to the NBA's Hornets, as well as the Brass of the East Coast Hockey League and the Tulane Green Wave basketball team.

The arena was built in 1999; it seats 18,000 for basketball and 17,000 for hockey.

There is plenty of parking around the arena, most of it adjacent to the Superdome.  The arena is an easy walk from the French Quarter, and in fact that is our recommended method of game-day transportation.
