Auto Racing (Dover)

Dover Downs, located 81 miles southwest of Philly, hosts two NASCAR Nextel Cup races and two Busch races each year.  Check our NASCAR Nextel Cup and Busch schedules for dates.

Dad Vail Regatta

The Dad Vails are held each May on the Schuylkill River.  The regatta is the largest collegiate crew race, and is held the second week of May each year.

Army-Navy Game - December

Alabama-Auburn.... Florida-Florida State.... Oklahoma-Texas.... they're all nice rivalries.  But none can match the intensity of the annual Army-Navy clash.  If that sounds crazy, ask anyone who's witnessed it.

The 2005, 2006, and 2008 Army/Navy games will be held in December in Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial Field.
