Philly fans tailgate big-time for Eagles games at Lincoln Financial Field.  The stadium lot is enormous, and anyone can get in for $5 and fire up the grill.  You might get caught up in traffic leaving the stadium, but that happens in most cities.

As for pregame bar entertainment, the only place near the stadium is Legends, located in the first floor of the Holiday Inn.  It's a good place to go if you aren't tailgating.

For Phillies games, tailgating is virtually non-existent, as with many baseball teams; the same goes for Flyers and Sixers games at First Union Center.  Head for Legends if you want some pregame beverages.

Liquor is sold only at state-run stores in Pennsylvania, so if you need a bottle you'll have to get it separate from your beer.
