The AT&T Center is the home of the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA, as well as the Rampage of the American Hockey League.  The arena also hosts the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.

The AT&T Center is located about four miles east of downtown San Antonio, next to the Freeman Coliseum.  It opened in 2002 and seats 18,797 for basketball games.

The Spurs spent nine seasons at the Alamodome before moving to the AT&T Center.  The team drew over 22,000 fans per game in its last season at the Alamodome, significantly more than the new arena can even hold.  The Spurs led the league in attendance several times at the larger facility, and continue to draw very well at the AT&T Center.

There is plenty of parking at the AT&T Center complex.  There are also several hotels within two miles of the arena, although there is no nightlife to speak of.
