Technically, no open fires are allowed in King County, which encompasses Seattle.  However, this rule is typically not enforced on game day around Husky Stadium and Qwest Field; but we warned you.

Plenty of parking surrounds the Seahawks new stadium, making it easy to find a tailgating spot.  There are also numerous bars and restaurants within a block of the stadium.

U of Washington games at Husky Stadium offer a unique brand of tailgating; by boat!  Many fans dock along the shores of Lake Washington for their pre-game festivities.  Tailgating is permitted in the lots around the stadium, but space is limited and fires are technically forbidden.

For Mariners games at Safeco, head for a local watering hole before the game.
