E Rutherford has ok food inside giant stadium...overpriced but its still pretty good. hotels? no. but nightscene, yes, if you count nightgames. sport scene, obviously they have a great sport scene, except for the fact that they let the jets bum off the giants like they do. why dont those bastards go build a stadium in "long island" where all there fans are. anyway, e rutherford gets a 4, until the giants stop sucking, when the giants stop sucking you get an 8.

East Rutherford, NJ, is truly a slice of small-town Americana with a side of cultural urbanity. The sports teams play in first-rate facilities with some of the most truly passionate fans in America. The night scene is FANTASTIC, and includes such interesting diversions as raking through the swamp, visiting the trash-to-steam plants, sucking in diesel fuel from the airplanes flying 10 feet overhead, and chatting up truckers at the Vince Lombardi rest stop on the New Jersey Turnpike. Be sure to visit cosmopolitan Newark, one of the jewels of Western civilization, and have no fear of riding the subway or walking the streets at night.

Giants Stadium is great, its still a great place to see a game even after 25 years. Good hotels right nearby. But nothing to do in the area without driving somewhere.
