Grilled Chicken Breast Marinades Chicken breasts are great on the grill; they are especially good if you marinate them overnight. There are about a million different ways to marinate chicken breast. For all of them, the basic rules are the same: marinate the chicken overnight, and cook the breasts carefully to avoid burning the chicken. A zip-lock bag works best for marinating, since it allows the entire breast to soak in the liquid and can be brought directly to the tailgate. Here are a few of johnnyroadtrip.com's favorite chicken breast marinades. For each, make enough to ensure that all your chicken breasts can soak properly in the bag. When serving breasts, you may choose to sauté some onions and/or peppers, depending on the marinade you use. These marinades can also be used for chicken parts.
