This hot rum cider goes great with a chilly fall or winter
tailgate, and will appeal to drinkers of various levels!

Ingredients:
1 -
1.75 liter bottle of spiced rum
3
gallons of cider
Cinnamon and nutmeg
Cinnamon sticks (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
Steps:
Mix
1.75 liters of spiced rum with 3 gallons of cider; this will
yield over 400 ounces of hot cider, which is enough for ten
people to have four 10-oz cups each. Add more rum and
cider if necessary.
Add
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Allow
the mixture to sit overnight
At the
tailgate, heat the cider on the grill in a large pot; do not
boil it or you'll cook off the alcohol
Serve
with cinnamon sticks and whipped cream
