STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT RECIPE

Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients:

• 2 cups crushed pretzels

• 3/4 stick butter

• 1 cup + 3 teaspoons sugar

• 1 large container of Cool Whip

• 18 ounces cream cheese (softened)

• 1 large box strawberry Jell-O

• 1 small can crushed pineapple w/ juice

• 1 pound frozen strawberries

Steps:

• Melt the butter and add the pretzels and 3 teaspoons of sugar
• Press into a 9x13 pan and bake at 400 for 7 minutes
• Allow to cool
• Mix the Cool Whip, cream cheese, and 1 cup of sugar and spread on the crust
• Add 2 cups boiling water to the Jell-O, along with pineapple and strawberries.  Pour into dish on top of cheese & Cool Whip layer
• Chill and serve
