PNC Park, the new home of the Pittsburgh Pirates, has opened to rave reviews. The stadium is located just north of the site of old Three Rivers Stadium, right on the Allegheny River across from downtown. PNC Park will host the 2006 All-Star Game.
PNC holds 38,000+ fans, which makes it one of the league’s smallest parks. It opens to a fantastic view of downtown Pittsburgh and is close enough to the river that a long home run could land in it. The stadium’s upper deck is very low and close to the field, and its small size means that all seats offer great views.

Parking is available on the stadium grounds, and around the area. If the stadium lots are full, there are parking lots north of the stadium.
During the completion of the football stadium, expect parking to be slightly more difficult to find.
